■ Develop & execute existing marketing and action plans
■ Develop new business as well as support existing global dealer business
■ Work closely with global dealer; help to resolve customer complaint, and shipping/receiving and accounting and administration
■ Document Control Management; including creation, filing and tracking
■ Providing local/regional Marketing support when necessary; meeting with distribution, customers, etc.

Requirement:

■ Requires a BA or BS degree (MBA a plus)
■ International medical marketing experience is a plus
■ 5+ years marketing experience
■ Must possess in-depth understanding of how the LinaTech products are used and of factors that can influence the buying decision
■ Strong influence adaptability, management, negotiation, leadership, motivational, and assertiveness skills
■ Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
■ Strong presentation skills
■ Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
■ A proven track record of consistently exceeding goals, and successful product launch experience also required
■ Global marketing knowledge of product development

Job Description:

Develop a HW/SW system to control complex medical devices used for 4D radiation therapy treatment. The system includes electric motor control hardware, imaging recognition/processing software algorithm, and linear feedback control system. Following tasks are involved:

■ implement FPGA hardware prototype using embedded hardware design flow;
■ develop imaging software algorithm in high level language such as C++/C#;
■ debug and test the hardware and software system;
■ be able to mentor junior developers;
■ provide leadership for a small technical team;
■ manage development projects under tight schedule.

Requirement:

■ Solid academic background, in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent) from a top University.
■ Commercial Software Development experience
■ -Hardware development experience, FPGA design experience desired
■ System development experience, electric motor control experience desired
■ -Strong Software Development experience for Control and Automation for Scientific / Medical / Complex Machinery / instrumentation industries.
■ Languages: C++ / C# / JAVA for control / automation applications
■ Project management and leadership experience in a small technical team
