
 
LinaTech of Sunnyvale, California is a high-tech company to provide medical equipment and service in the field of medical oncology.
The main product includes the advanced Radiation Treatment planning system (TPS) and the state-of-the-art dynamic multi-leaf collimator (DMLC)
for treating cancer with radiotherapy. These equipment is intended to shape the specific photon field, either in static or dynamic mode, to assist the
radiation oncologist in the delivery of photon radiation to well-defined target volumes while sparing surrounding normal tissues and critical organs
from excess radiation. Hundreds of those equipment has been distribute all over the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute existing sales and create new client
- Develop sales materials and track promotional programs
- Analyze sales data and compile competitive information
- Provide timely and effective communications with the direct and indirect sales force
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for manufacturing
- Providing local/regional marketing support when necessary; meeting with distribution, customers, etc.
- Additional job related responsibilities as required
- Must have a good understanding of the medical environment to effectively respond to market concerns and provide technical support for the LinaTech products
- Responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategic plans
Qualifications:
- Requires a BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
- The ability to present profitable solutions to new and current clients
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of the medical device and sale experiences is a plus
- Must possess in-depth understanding of how the LinaTech products are used and of factors that can influence the buying decision
- Strong influence adaptability, management, negotiation, leadership, motivational, and assertiveness skills
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be able to work with the diversity and multiculture employees, as well as communicate well with open-mind thought leaders is a must
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of office equipment and word processing

domestic and global market in North America, Europe, Latin-America and Asia. LinaTech is focused
on providing true customer solutions in the areas of radiation oncology for treating cancer.
